Adventist Health Glendale recently welcomed David Foulad, MD, to the Sam and Grace Carvajal Comprehensive Breast Center. Dr. Foulad is an advanced breast surgical oncologist with over a decade of experience in leading-edge treatment of breast disease and breast cancer surgery.
Dr. Foulad earned his medical degree from UCLA’s David Geffen School of Medicine, followed by a general surgery residency at Loma Linda University Health. He went on to complete a fellowship in breast surgical oncology at Stanford University School of Medicine, where he also served as a clinical instructor. Additionally, he holds a certificate in oncoplastic surgery from the National Consortium of Breast Centers.
With a strong emphasis in whole-person care, Dr. Foulad specializes in breast biopsy, mastectomy (including nipple-sparing mastectomy), lumpectomy, oncoplastic surgery, lymph node biopsy, benign breast diseases, and genetic testing.
